Order Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
This policy sets out the conditions and procedures for cancelling orders placed through our website.
Its purpose is to provide clear guidance and protect consumers in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Schedule 2 – Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
This policy applies to all orders delivered within Australia.
2. Cancellation Conditions
- Customers may request order cancellation within a maximum of 24 hours after payment confirmation, provided that order processing or dispatch has not yet commenced.
- If the request is submitted within this period, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
- After 24 hours, or if the order has already entered processing or shipping stages, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- In such cases, the customer must receive the order and may submit a return request after delivery in accordance with the store’s return process.
3. Cancellation Procedure
To request a cancellation, customers must contact the store’s customer support via email.
The request must include the following information:
Order number
Full name of the order holder
Confirmation or proof of the payment method used
A confirmation of receipt will be sent once the request has been received.
Customers will be informed of the outcome as soon as possible.
4. Cancellation Processing and Refunds
Once the cancellation request is approved, a notification will be sent via email.
Refunds will be processed within 3–6 business days using the original payment method.
The time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account depends on the policies of the relevant financial institution or payment provider.
No additional fees will be charged for cancellation requests that comply with this policy.
